MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
oAct as primary partner on client engagements.
oManage engagements in a consistently profitable manner.
oReview client engagement documentation and work papers for accuracy.
oSupervision of client/engagement procedures.
oProvide team members with timely and candid performance feedback supporting the firm's performance
management process.
oDemonstrate technical competence in specialty expertise (in accounting and auditing, taxes, or
management consulting services).
oPlan and complete assignments in a timely manner.
oAbility to recognize, research, document and satisfactorily resolve technical issues.
oGenerate new business and retain current business.
oExpand services to existing clients.
oEncourage existing clients to utilize all firm's services.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - BACKGROUND SKILLS:
oBachelors' degree in Accounting or related degree.
oTen or more years of applicable experience.
oCPA designation (required).
oSuperior knowledge of general accounting and auditing including skills knowledge plus the application of
general theory.
oAbility to research technical issues and document results.
oAbility to supervise, coach, and develop individuals and/or large groups.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required).
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
oStrict adherence to professional ethics.
oAbility to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm.
oCapable of routinely generating new business.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
oThe typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
oAbility to work extra hours as determined by the workload and client expectations.
oTravel for this position will be minimal.
oAbility to sit for long periods.
oAbility to move throughout office.
oAbility to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.
oAbility to speak English to communicate with clients, team members, etc.
