The Location Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a performance-oriented culture, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring the overall success of the location.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Proven experience in driving sales within a performance-driven environment. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, memberships, and profitability. Actively participate in member sales and promotional activities. Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to excel in a sales and educational environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Foster a positive and motivated team culture. Operational Excellence: Oversee all retail operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Manage employee discipline and performance improvement plans as needed. Handle hiring processes, including recruitment, interviews, and onboarding. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Address customer concerns and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Implement and monitor effective customer feedback mechanisms. Availability and Flexibility: Maintain open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule as needed to meet the demands of the business. Membership Sales and Account Management: Actively promote and drive membership sales. Manage and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business. Administrative Responsibilities: Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software. Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy. Maintain detailed records related to sales, employee performance, and operational metrics. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in a leadership role. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Google Suite and retail operations.
