Associate .NET Developer Location Tulsa, OK (Downtown area) : This is a hybrid role (3days remote and 2 days onsite) Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Analyze/research issues with applications and provide remediation efforts in support of production document imaging and workflow solutions Implementation and on-going enhancement of business applications utilizing C#, Blazer, .Net Core 6+, and MVC (Visual Studio 2022) Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain application programs Prepare detailed technical specifications from which programs will be written Consult with users and/or other IT professionals to resolve issues with programs Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines Provide estimates for planned work and executes to schedule Update the development schedule and proactively communicate issues or constraints. Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and up to 3 years of related experience is required Preferred Skills/Experience Demonstrated technical troubleshooting/analysis capability Understanding of project and configuration management practices High attention to detail and software quality Ability to apply software development standards and comply with formal development lifecycle practices Ability to understand requirements and translate into technical specifications and business process workflows Prior workflow design/development experience is a plus Professional Skills Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Resourceful and self-motivated Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Job Type: Full-time
