As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our fundraising events and engage our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives that drive attendance, participation, and donations for our events. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to important causes and make a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for fundraising events, utilizing online and offline channels. Create compelling marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, digital ads, press releases, and promotional materials. Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and sponsors to maximize exposure and support for fundraising events. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for engagement. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement. Assist with event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site support during events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event planning, fundraising, and communications, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts. Support post-event activities, including gathering feedback, analyzing results, and preparing reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred. Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences and channels. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
