Position Summary SHEIN Global Security and Risk Management (GSRM) is a global security organization that oversees security infrastructure, risk management, data privacy, business fraud, governance, and regulatory compliance across SHEIN's global footprint. We are seeking a full-time Associate IT Support Engineer I for our Whitestown, IN-based office and distribution center, who will play a pivotal role for our IT department. This individual will be located onsite at our Whitestown, Indiana Warehouse and will provide onsite support. This position will report to our Sr IT & Network Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Installing and updating workstations and software packages, resolving any issues occurring during the process Assist Sr IT manager in management of IT technicians and asset clerks. Inventory equipment for asset management and provide check in/out to associates Testing and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, zebra printers, android, iOS devices, network and other hardware devices Ensuring daily operations continue to operate as expected. Office 365 Experience including exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra, InTune Experience and knowledge with MDM solutions. Contact vendors for maintenance and warranty replacement as needed Follow security procedures to ensure security of the overall network of the company Working with associates to guide and troubleshoot daily shipping processes Providing guidance to 1000+ end-users and ensuring the complete resolution of problems Working with the IT team and vendors towards the completion of new projects and the implementation of new systems Test and identify procedures and document findings Will be participating in On-call rotation that may include some weekends Create documentation to provide to associates Installation of servers and other network equipment. Creating and maintaining Windows images for deployments. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred 4+ years of experience with IT support in an enterprise environment is preferred A+ Certification is preferred Strong experience providing Windows/PC support for in enterprise environment Strong knowledge of Azure AD Knowledge of Endpoint Management solutions, task manager, and similar tools Network troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions in a timely manner Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent Verbal and written Communications skills Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365/Azure Basic knowledge of printer troubleshooting Experience with Zebra printers Ability to document and track issues in enterprise ticketing system Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred Benefits and Culture Healthcare (medical, dental, vision, prescription drugs)
