Responsibilities
• Provide seamless customer service in meals/floor stock/nourishment/food preferences• Handle food according to HACCP guidelines and maintain quality standards• Adhere to standard recipes and plating guidelines• Responsible for accuracy of assembled meal orders• Maintain par stocks, order supplies, and rotate products• Interact with employees in a friendly and courteous manner• Act as an effective customer service liaison to all customers and facility departments
Requirements
• National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire• 6 months experience working in a dining services environment• Preferred: 6 months customer service experience
