Responsibilities
• Conduct dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings.• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to maintain good oral health.• Collaborate with the lead dentist or senior colleagues to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, considering their dental needs, medical history, and personal preferences.• Discuss treatment options with patients and provide clear explanations of procedures and expected outcomes.• Perform dental procedures efficiently and accurately, adhering to established clinical protocols and best practices.• Utilize modern dental technology and equipment to ensure accurate diagnosis, comfortable treatment experiences, and optimal results.• Establish a rapport with patients, listen to their concerns, and address their questions or anxieties about dental procedures.• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, promoting a positive dental experience and building long-term patient relationships.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records for each patient, including treatment plans, progress notes, and radiographs.
Requirements
