Associate Customer Care Representative Location Liberty Lake, WA : Associate Customer Care Representative Service Center Operations - West 24081 East Mission Avenue, Liberty Lake, Washington 99019 Your future is our business. Our office in Liberty Lake, WA, is seeking a front-line customer care representative. This position involves telephone contact to assist and service policy holders with their insurance needs.
Salary A starting annual salary of $41,053. Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $68,412 annually. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company's annual variable incentive paid based on company performance. Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives.
The 37.5 hour schedule will be 5 days per week, with 2 consecutive off days.
