This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to assist clients by providing seamless support and service. Fully remote work is available following a comprehensive training period.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, and various stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Actively engage with customers to explain services and benefits clearly, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
Employ critical thinking to address complex problems, particularly when solutions are not immediately obvious.
Operate within a multi-channel communication environment, including telephone, email, and direct contact, to facilitate swift resolutions.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in line with organizational standards, striving for resolution during the initial contact.
Demonstrate excellent data entry and computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
Showcase superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Engage in continuous learning and feedback exchanges to enhance personal and team performance.
Manage simultaneous tasks effectively, including conversing and typing, to maintain productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a contact center.
Strong ability to multitask and communicate clearly via phone, showcasing professionalism and courtesy.
Proficient in data entry and familiar with using various computer operating systems.
Knowledgeable about healthcare benefits and able to guide customers through HealthCare.gov functionalities.
Experience in process optimization and direct patient care is advantageous.
Basic understanding of programming (e.g., R Code) is desirable but not essential.
Critical thinking skills for solving intricate customer issues.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively and courteously with diverse customers.
