Join our team in an engaging and dynamic role within the telecommunications sector, based in Salem, Oregon. We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service and support. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely following a comprehensive training period.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve inquiries from members, providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Serve as an advocate for customers, clearly explaining benefits and procedures to guarantee they are fully informed and satisfied.
Employ critical thinking to effectively address and resolve issues, especially when solutions are not readily apparent.
Operate within a multi-channel contact center, engaging with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions when necessary.
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues, maintaining attention to detail and aiming for first-contact resolution.
Accurately document all interactions in line with organizational standards.
Demonstrate effective data entry and computer skills in a Windows environment.
Exhibit strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Provide and welcome feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including talking and typing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in data entry and familiarity with PC operating systems.
Ability to understand and articulate company policies to customers.
Skilled in research and problem-solving to address customer inquiries.
Excellent phone demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Knowledgeable about benefit functions and healthcare platforms, including HealthCare.gov.
Basic understanding of R code.
Demonstrated ability to conduct oneself professionally.
Critical thinking skills for solving complex customer issues.
Experience working in contact center environments and with multi-channel customer service platforms.
Direct experience in patient care is advantageous but not required.

You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
You are detail-oriented, courteous, and possess a professional manner, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
