Client Service Leads work with external clients to resolve immediate day-to-day issues while leveraging the appropriate resources at Pershing. They are the first point of contact for most client inquiries across phone, email, and eventually chat. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $51,000 and $78,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
