Associate Brand Manager

This position is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a brand marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth. The Associate Brand Manager will work with key stakeholders to develop a clear and effective brand message that resonates with consumers, and ensure that the message is delivered through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities: Develop marketing plans and strategies for assigned brands Assist in the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and other marketing activities Analyze brand performance, customer data, and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand growth Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities Develop new product concepts and ensure that all product initiatives are consistent with the brand's identity Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned brands Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 3+ years of brand marketing experience Preferred experience in CPG or Pet Products Demonstrated brand management experience Strong understanding of consumer marketing principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
