Associate Attorney

A well-established and well-respected firm in California with multiple locations is seeking to add Attorneys to our civil litigation practice due to growth in our client base. This position can be FULLY REMOTE - MUST LIVE IN CALIFORNIA . 
Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California Bar Strong drafting skills Highly team-oriented 5 years of post-Bar experience working on the defense of insurance bad faith and fraud cases and/or work on SIU investigations for our insurance team. Responsibilities include: Case management Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel Legal and technical research Providing guidance to law clerks and other associates Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Accurately and promptly tracking billable time Writing and editing construction law articles ***LOW BILLABLES
