Requirements We are looking for an Associate Accountant to help our finance team with filing, organization, and reconciliation tasks.
This position will be based in our Boston, MA office, 3X per week hybrid capacity.
As Associate Accountant, you will work at the direction of the Senior Accountant to ensure that routine accounting and organizational tasks are completed with accuracy and precision, in a timely fashion. An ideal candidate for this role will have great attention to detail, be able to manage their own time and effectively prioritize tasks, and be able to handle confidential financial and personal information with the utmost discretion.
Responsibilities:
Full cycle accounts payable Bank reconciliations Filing and organization in office Google Drive organization Banking functions Chargebacks Credit card reconciliations Other accounting/bookkeeping tasks as needed Required experience
