BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As an Associate Content Designer , you will use your excellent communication skills to develop and implement customer-facing digital service communications for our Spectrum customers.
WHAT OUR ASSOCIATE CONTENT DESIGNERS ENJOY MOST Crafting content, including emails, SMS and auto calls that capture the customer's interest and drive self-service Driving consistent messaging for multiple customer journeys, developing clear and concise digital service communications Leveraging technology and tools for project tracking and documentation, including Jira and Chalk Improving content based on customer feedback and data analysis with customer experience in mind Collaborating with business analysts, marketing, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand tone, and to receive proper approvals before delivery Joining a dynamic team that works creatively to drive top-quality customer experience In this role you will be participating in the creative process from brainstorm to launch. If you have a strong understanding of best practices in customer content design and copywriting and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment this could be the role for you.
