High School Diploma or GED Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development, preferred. NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent, required Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
