Assistant Superintendent

Job summary

Responsibilities
• Enforce OSHA compliant construction activities and ensure worker safety.• Manage multiple projects or labor crews.• Order and procure materials and tools.• Review builder packages and cut sheets.• Maintain daily paperwork and communicate with various stakeholders.• Read construction plans and specifications.• Work with city codes and comply with regulations.• Assist with rough carpentry tasks.• Lead by example when necessary.• Monitor and approve variances in cost and schedule.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.• 3 years of experience as an assistant superintendent.• Minimum of 5 years of total construction experience.
