• Model 'Customer 1st' behavior and deliver excellent customer service• Maintain compliance with merchandising, safety, and corporate policies• Sell products to customers and teach selling skills• Plan ads/store events and complete merchandising assignments• Maintain awareness of sales and goals and communicate to associates• Perform cashier functions and price changes• Promote and follow Company initiatives• Assist in writing the schedule and maintain clean facilities• Review financial reports and respond to customer comments• Perform inventory and provide feedback to team members
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience• Minimum 18 years of age and ability to pass drug test• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends• Ability to travel independently on occasion• Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position
