Responsibilities
• Perform oil changes and car maintenance services• Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations• Deliver a positive first impression to guests• Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers• Support inventory, labor management, and financial performance• Mentor, lead, and train the team• Maintain a clean and well-organized service center• Ensure a safe and secure working environment• Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations• Other policies and procedures
Requirements
• Six months of supervisory experience• Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment• Full mobility and flexibility• High school diploma or equivalent• Fluency in English
