• Manage community in absence of Property Manager• Show apartments and process applications• Handle move-ins and move-outs• Process maintenance service requests• Maintain resident files• Initiate lease renewal process• Prepare weekly reports• Cooperate with other departments• Perform Outreach Marketing• Follow-up on rental leads
Requirements
• 4 year Degree or 2 year Associates Degree or 2 years work experience in retail sales or customer related service• Professional appearance• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices• Excellent customer service, sales, and marketing skills• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills• Ability to work well with others and independently• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Yardi expertise preferred
