General Accountabilities: Tenant management, including but not limited to answering renter questions, inputting maintenance requests, rent collections, posting notices, conducting inspections as requested by PM, and maintaining current files. Schedules and attends showings with prospective renters. Supports overall marketing efforts and offers input and suggestions in regard to promotions and advertisements. Maintains accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property, including pricing information, and availability. Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards. Gathers information about markets and competition and prepares weekly competitive reports. Works with the owner to ensure curb appeal and property appearance meets standards. Analyzes concerns associated with homes or apartments that are slow to lease or sell and offers recommendations to the owner. Application processing and lease administration. Prepares and assists with all sales or leasing paperwork. Determines needs and responds promptly to prospects while being pleasant, cheerful, and tactful. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Must-Have: Reliable Transportation - We manage homes throughout the Nashville metro area. Must pass a background ground check and drug test. Experience: Sales: 2 years (Preferred). Property Management leasing and/or Management experience a plus! License/Certification: Driver's License (Required). Tennessee Real Estate License (Preferred). Compensation: Base $42,000 - $48,000 Depending on experience. Commissions on Sales, and more.* Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are Offered.
