Responsibilities
• Produce and organize project documents consistent with risk management standards• Prepare project documents for close-out, turnover, and archiving• Secure all contractually required documents• Assist with specific aspects of the closeout process• Compile project billing according to contractual requirements• Summarize discussions and decisions from project meetings• Identify incomplete work items and establish punch list contents• Expedite the punch list process• Identify necessary inspections and schedule them• Oversee procurement, material tracking, inspection, and on-site storage• Update contract drawings and monitor quality of work• Assist with daily reports and manage progress and quality photos• Post required safety information and signage• Model safety awareness and report concerns• Support logistics process for safety initiatives• Serve as a peer coach to newly hired Project Engineers and/or Assistant Project Managers
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role• Ability to interact with a wide range of people• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft 365• Passion for team-based planning and problem-solving• Commitment to building strong partnerships
