Assistant Project Manager

As our company continues to grow and expand both in size and number of active projects we are looking to bring on a Assistant Project Manager with a desire to learn more about the construction process while helping us tackle our growing list of active projects. What You Will Be Doing Manage general project documentation across every phase of construction process Oversee subcontractor and vendor scopes of work to ensure they are properly documented Create Submittals and Proposals on new projects as well as entering in Change Orders and RFIs Collaborate with Superintendents and conduct jobsite walkthroughs to update company leadership on each project to ensure meeting milestones Assist Project Managers as needed on each project and follow their direction Ensure project close outs are handled completely and sent off to Owner What You Need for this Position The Construction Superintendent must have 3+ years experience in the construction industry and be familiar with:
Proven history of completing projects in Commercial, Industrial, or Multifamily project types (Retail/Hospitality, Mixed Use, Office Parks, Educational, Healthcare, etc.) Knowledge of modern construction methods and materials Solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, etc.) Previous experience with managing and creating Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, and Proposals OSHA 30 Certification highly desired What's In It for You Competitive compensation package Vacation/PTO Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)/Profit Sharing Plan 401K with Matching So, if you are an Assistant Project Manager with experience working on various types of Commercial projects we want to see your resume today!
