Assistant Project Manager-Construction

Position Overview: The Assistant Project Manager-Construction will be responsible for managing and leading a variety of projects related to the construction of retail, restaurant, office, and shop locations. This includes planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the project team to ensure successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the project, including budget, timelines, and resources. Develop and provide information to project team members, stakeholders, and clients related to project progress. Analyze and report project risk, and develop and manage risk mitigation strategies. Manage project scope, change requests, and other related issues. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other related documents. Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes. Oversee and direct subcontractors and other vendors involved in the project. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the project. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
