Visit the Morenci town website to learn more.DescriptionUnder direct supervision, assist in workload activities with Planners of the assigned department by helping with planning, scheduling and prioritizing activities in collaboration through office and field meetings.Support the area Planners in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the Freeport-McMoRan standards, including time spent "in the field" to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources.Maintain a history for all assigned activities in the management system.Under the guidance of the Equipment Reliability Standards (ERS) closely interacts with the Planners in the assigned area to maintain and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities. Attend daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders. Review, prioritize and schedule work orders.Assist in maintaining the integrity of data in the maintenance management system (SAP).Assist Planners in the planning and organization for planned major production shutdowns.Assist Planners with generating regular and ad hoc reportsEngage with onsite Global Supply Chain to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts.Upkeep, monitor and adjust schedules for assigned activities.
