This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly formed yet robust team, offering a clear path for personal and professional growth. 10 direct reports including Coordinators, Charge Nurses, and a Supervisor Cutting-edge operating rooms, with room for growth 45-60 cases a day with a robust Robotics program Large GI Suite, Outpatient Surgery Center PACU, Several Pain Suites Specialized Surgical Suites: Cardiovascular Hybrid, Neuro, Robotics Recognitions: "A" safety rating, Chest Pain Center, Bariatric Accreditation, and more Compensation and Benefits: The package includes attractive compensation with medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, flex spending account, paid time off (PTO), tuition assistance, and a host of other valuable benefits.
Requirements :
RN is required with 3+ years leadership experience in a busy OR. CNOR preferred.
