Responsibilities
• Assist Operations Manager in achieving financial performance and revenue growth• Understand and leverage knowledge of dental services in local market• Execute PDS Operational Model to gain Patients for Life• Provide leadership and guidance to achieve individual and team success• Supervise front office team members• Ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols• Maintain PDS standards in facility cleanliness and maintenance• Lead and participate in daily huddles and meetings• Support Clinicians education and referrals regarding the Mouth-Body Connection• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED• Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business• Results Oriented, Effective Team Builder, Patient Advocate, Process Focused Operator, Financial Acumen, Influencer• Self-motivated and reliable• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills• Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality• Organized and detail-oriented
