Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission. Use operational tools to achieve operational excellence, such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, and inventory management tools. Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives and engage in community outreach. Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver the best smoothies and healthy retail products. Manage cash activities for the store and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values. Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep, including inspections and coordinating equipment updates. Drive implementation of company programs and communicate marketing strategies and promotions to the team. Assistant Manager Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum 2 years' experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and the community.
