Assistant Manager

We are looking for leaders who enjoy working in a professional & fast-paced hospitality environment, while maintaining our focus on speed of service, food safety and food quality. We offer Sundays off and we close at 9:30PM the other 6 days! The Team Leader will assist in shift organization, training, monitoring, and coaching/leading team members to ensure our guests receive a safe and delicious product every time they visit our restaurant. 
Responsibilities Include:
Works alongside team members; SERVES the team alongside other leaders (Servant Leadership Model) Promotes teamwork throughout the restaurant (Coach, Correct, and Cheer!) Trains team following proper Chick-fil-A procedures Promotes a positive & professional work environment Ability to lead others and provide constructive feedback regarding performance Works with other leaders to get exceptional results/scores for quality and food safety Collaborates across the team to ensure all responsibilities are completed for each shift Ensures work stations are clean and sanitized Helps promote effective cost controls across the business Compensation Package:
Advertised compensation is inclusive of -
hourly wage 401K contribution (5% employer-paid contribution, no personal contribution required) employer-subsidized healthcare plan (includes medical, dental and vision) meals on shift Requirements * Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
* Must be eligible to work in the United States
* Must have a source of reliable transportation
* Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
* Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
* Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
* Mobility required during shifts
* Must work well under pressure
* Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
* Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
* Saturday availability (plan on 3 per month)
* No hand, face, or neck tattoos; no face, eye, tongue or nose piercings (nose rings must be removed)
* Males -may have facial hair that is short and well manicured
