Responsibilities
• Monitor staffing levels and recruit/select employees• Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance• Assign activities and tasks• Identify and develop internal candidates for management positions• Deliver excellent guest service and food quality• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and excellent service• Analyze restaurant performance and implement improvement plans• Develop long term sales growth initiatives• Consider cost/benefit impact of financial decisions• Monitor costs and adherence to budget
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education• Minimum 1+ years' experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager• Ability to communicate in English, Spanish comprehension helpful• Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer skills• Must complete in-house management training program• Must have access to adequate transportation• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds• Must commit to minimum of 45 hours per week• Must be available and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings
