Responsibilities
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high performing staff• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service• Assist with staff management and provide backup support to Club Manager• Scheduling and supervising staff• Ensuring staff provides superior customer experience• Resolve or escalate employee issues or concerns• Front desk activities: answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, giving tours, handling member requests• Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of facility• Ordering supplies based on club requirements• Tracking statistics and reports• Backup support for absent employees
Requirements
• Superior customer service skills• Experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness• Solid supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic• Strong problem resolution skills• Current CPR Certification• High school diploma/GED equivalent• Must be 18 years of age or older
