Responsibilities
• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals• Optimize and oversee the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance• Provide outstanding customer service and enforce quality standards• Communicate with management and provide store reporting• Ensure store promotions and visual merchandising are in place• Supervise and motivate associates and ensure completion of day-to-day functions• Assist with staffing needs, recruiting, and retention• Motivate associates to exceed performance standards
Requirements
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish• Optical sales experience preferred• Supervising experience preferred• Ability to lead, coach, and build relationships• Sound understanding of store operations and standards• Strong communication skills• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong organizational skills• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports• Ability to analyze and solve problems
