Responsibilities
• Assisting the supervisor with overseeing on-site maintenance staff• Diagnosing and repairing problems in various areas• Scheduling, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance• Conducting thorough inspections before and after move-ins and move-outs• Promptly responding to work order requests from residents• Regular property inspections and maintenance• Obtaining bids from outside contractors• Preparing and submitting property invoices• Ensuring excellent customer service to tenants• Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous experience in property management maintenance• Current driver's license and automobile insurance• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• Ability to use standard maintenance equipment
