Assistant General Manager:

Serve as a high-performing member of the Restore sales and service team, leading by example through the generation of sales leads, hitting or exceeding revenue forecasts and targets, and ensuring client needs are successfully met. Coach and mentor new team members through sales training to ensure a sound understanding of Restore's services and sales closure process. Ensure excellent customer service is provided and educate customers about Restore's services and the health benefits they offer Involved in the location's hiring, training, and development of staff Provide conflict resolution for the location with both customers and employees Who we are:
