ResponsibilitiesProvide best-in-class customer serviceLead the Patient Care team in accordance with GTI's mission, vision, goals, and objectivesFollow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledgeResponsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the GM or Store ManagerAssist all patients and customers in making product choices by being knowledgeable about how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patientsComplete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:Correct cash handling and discount applicationVerification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patientsAccurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) systemAccurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systemsAssistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracySecurity measures and safety complianceMaintenance of an organized and clean storeManagement of visitor logMaintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkersReporting of team member issues or patient situationsWork with General Manager and/or Store Manager to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaintsWork with the Store Manager and/or the GM to properly onboard and train new Patient Care SpecialistsSupport all dispensary duties at various work stations, as assigned by store leadership based on staffing and business needsQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredCannabis experience preferred2+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting required, preference for specialty retailInventory control experience requiredMust be proactive, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skillsMeet timelines consistently and be able to effectively work under pressureContinuously open to constructive, developmental feedbackHigh level of interpersonal skills in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment, often working cross functionallyStrong math skillsAbility to use standard office equipment and computer software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and emailHighly motivated, self-directed,innovativeand able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common senseand resourcefulnessAdapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environmentPossessesa high levelof critical thinkingOperates witha high levelof professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential informationMust understand andcomply withthe rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green ThumbMust have a solid understanding oftheCannabis laws, rules and regulations and passion to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws.Requires open availability(i.e., ability to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends), andability to work full-timeand reliable,responsibleand dependable attendance.
