Job Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers, ensuring that our commitment to service and hospitality is felt in every interaction.
- Oversee the daily operations of our dining and retail spaces, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
- Manage inventory and budget effectively, ensuring that we are operating efficiently and profitably.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to our team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Use your expertise with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft applications to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food or retail management, with a proven ability to increase sales and profits.
- Strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach to management.
- Experience with inventory management, supply cost control, and budgeting.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to assess business needs effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- A ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
- An associate degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
