As an Assistant Manager on our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for supporting our team members in creating exceptional member experiences. We are centered on ensuring our associates have a sense of belonging, know they are valued, and are supported with the tools to be successful.
Responsibilities Supervise the front of house food and beverage team members. Assist in implementing training programs, creating and upholding standards of service, inventory performance, and scheduling. Support operations in Carmichael's restaurant, the ACC Café, The Booth bowling center, as well as banquet and culinary teams Qualifications At least three (3) years of server and/or bartender experience At least one (1) year of food and beverage supervisory experience, prior Club experience a plus. Passion for food & beverage operations, service excellence and encouraging unique experiences Able to anticipate needs and identify issues before they become problems Able to manage time and resources to achieve goals Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays Certifications preferred Servsafe TIPs Benefits Daily meals Free downtown parking and transportation assistance Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options Vacation/Sick Pay/Holiday Pay/Personal Time Off 401k with company match Salary & Schedule Salary: $42,500 DOE
