We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant F and B Manager to join our team One of Utah's most prestigious private resorts is looking for a Assistant Food and Beverage Director that understands great service and strives for excellence, if this is you then we want you on our team. Here's what we are looking for: Proven working experience as an AGM or Resort Management experience Knows how to motivate and lead your team Excellent record of FOH management Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently and effectively Capable of managing operations and driving for success Communication and leadership skills General wine knowledge and up to date with spirits and mixology Able to forecast and control Labor/Beverage costs Working knowledge of various software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Primary responsibilities that will be part of the position: Manage the day to day operations of the business Responsible for selection, development, and retention of the FOH staff Observes and coach workers in the daily operation ensuring quality and timeliness in our service Review guest/member surveys and feedback and determine appropriate plan of action Ensure all FOH areas are clean, tidy and organized for our members Ability to schedule properly for general service and private events Maintains communication w/ other departments about special programs and events Keep Beverage/Labor costs in line with all budgets Supervise FOH staff's activities Recruit and manage all FOH staff Rectify arising problems or complaints Perform administrative duties Keep time and payroll records Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and members Instill the yes we can attitude within the team Here's what we offer: Reasonable Hours and quality of life, this is not an 80 hour per week kind of job Competitive Salaries / Bonus offered Paid Vacation Insurance, dental and vision Life Insurance Continuing Education Full time position (year round) Phone allowance Please send your resume as an attachment to be considered.
