Assistant Estimator/Project Manager

Industry leading, employee owned insulation company is looking for a career-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Estimator/Project Manager working in our Fargo, ND Branch Office.

This position will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the project from start to finish, including coordinating with the client, contractors, and other vendors.

Duties Include:

· Receive and schedule requests for pricing.

· Perform cost estimates with oversight from senior management. Duties to include: project scope quantification, understanding of project schedule requirements, review of specification, sending and receiving material quotes from suppliers.

· Responsibilities with projects in progress to include: contract management, scheduling, material delivery coordination with project superintendent, weekly progress reviews with senior management, manage equipment and company resources allocated to project.

· Periodic travel may be required.

Must possess an Associate's degree in Construction Management (Bachelor's degree a plus) or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary starting at $35.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience and can be negotiable.
