Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Collaborate with the Division Director and other administrators to make strategic
decisions that align with the school's mission and goals
? Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions
? Assist the Division Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school. This includes managing staff, students, and resources efficiently
? Participates in the admissions process, promoting the Lower and Middle School
programs
? Supports classroom management by working closely with faculty to maintain a positive and safe learning environment, handle disciplinary issues, and enforce school policies consistently
? Partners with parents to ensure that students are engaged and reaching their potential
? Promotes and maintains faculty morale
? Collaborates with the Learning Support Coordinator and Academic Interventionists to
serve a diverse student population with a variety of educational needs
? Supports the organization of student reporting and grading
? Works with the school counselor to create emotional support for students and
communicates with parents about student's needs
? Promotes a joyful community of learning.
? Stay informed about educational trends, best practices, and relevant policies. Participate in professional development activities to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
? Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies and ensure that educational standards are met and academic goals are achieved
? Conduct teacher observations and provide constructive feedback for professional
development, offer support and resources to help teachers improve their instructional
practices
? Work with faculty and staff to develop and implement safety protocols and emergency
procedures; ensure that the school environment is secure and prepared to handle
emergencies
The position's preferred qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree required, Master's in curriculum and instruction or school
administration preferred
? Proven success in working collaboratively in educational leadership
? A dynamic instructional leader with a solid understanding of the developmental and
curricular needs of students of the particular division
? Outstanding leadership skills
? Exceptional written and oral communication skills
? Excellent organizational and presentation skills

? Technologically savvy, specifically in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Student

Salary:
This position is a full-time position with a salary of $67,000 - $73,000 annually based on
