Assistant Director of Nursing - RN We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. The Assistant Director of Nursing will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide high-quality care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about senior care and seeking a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive environment.Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000/year Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the nursing department Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Oversee resident care plans and assessments to ensure the highest quality of care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, valid state license. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) preferred. Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, with progressive leadership responsibilities in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
