Assistant Director of Golf
Golf Course in Louisville, Kentucky is looking for an Assistant Director of Golf.
Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
•Assist the Director of Golf in the management and training of morning and afternoon golf staff.
•Provide above-and-beyond service to Guests with a friendly face.
•Present to open the location in the mornings and facilitate golf operations.
•Proficiency in golf simulator technology; oversee all aspects of simulator upkeep and maintenance.
•Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests.
•Maintain and organize golf bag storage and all golf equipment, including demo clubs.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines and work alongside the Director of Golf to hit quarterly sales targets.
•Display attention to detail by actively checking in with Guests throughout their booking.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage offerings; ability to deliver premium food and beverage service, including taking orders and timely delivering items.
•Take pride and ownership of each Guest's enjoyment and fun.
Requirements:
1 year of experience.
Compensation:
$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
