Responsibilities
• Report to Area Manager and perform assigned tasks• Serve as point of contact for property owners• Maintain AvantStay standards and metrics• Collaborate with in-market team• Monitor progress of guest or homeowner issues• Identify and address issues or quality concerns• Carry out administrative duties• Coordinate housekeeping or maintenance tasks• Ensure inventory levels of consumables and linens• Conduct regular property inspections• Address guest and homeowner concerns• Travel to various properties within designated area• Participate in rotating 'On Call' after hours
Requirements
• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience• Basic skills in Microsoft Office• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedule• Reliable car and valid driver's license• Ability to perform physical tasks• Self-management and deadline-driven• Responsiveness via Slack and email• Hospitality/Real Estate experience and ARM designation are a plus• Must reside in designated area• Business needs dictate in-market presence
