Position Summary:

The Asset Reliability Specialist is responsible for implementing policies and procedures established by the Asset Management Program for the Facilities Management Department at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

The Asset Reliability Specialist will be responsible for:
Maintaining the asset register daily within AATC's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS)
Occasionally training others on asset management policies and activities
Monitoring EAMS activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Performing occasional verification of equipment and uploading assets into HxGN (ie. Replacements, upgrades, new construction)
Ensuring compliance with asset information requirements
Providing asset management data for decision making

AATC's EAMS processes are closely aligned with the delivery of the organization's Asset Management Plan, ensuring that all aspects of asset management activities conform to relevant standards, specifications, and other requirements, which includes safety, legal and environmental requirements. This includes the verification of compliance for all activities with applicable quality standards, policies and procedures. This also includes identifying opportunities for improving the effectiveness and the efficiency of the EAMS for the AATC facilities management department.

Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with asset management policy, asset management strategy, and asset management objectives, and takes account of asset operating parameters.
Ensures that EAMS documentation and records are adequately maintained and regularly updated in order to reflect current business requirements and objectives.
Supports AATC departments, partners, and contractors in all aspects of the EAMS.
Conducts EAMS internal audits following the process approach, prepares audit reports, and ensures that all non-conformances are handled successfully and in a timely manner.
Monitors the quality of internal audits in terms of timeliness, effectiveness and adequacy of audit reports; Validates the audit reports before distribution.
Facilitates the investigation of non-conformities of end users to make sure that root causes are identified, and appropriate corrective actions are established and implemented on a timely manner; conducts follow-ups to assess effectiveness of corrective actions.
Identifies opportunities for improvement by analyzing data and applying critical thinking; prepares reports that provide clear conclusions based on comprehensive analysis of factual data; utilizes appropriate tools to clearly summarize investigations and conclusions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of three years of documented facilities maintenance or construction/renovation projects experience for a commercial building.
Highly Desirable:
Advance skills in Microsoft Excel with experience using multiple excel formulas, data tables and performing calculations and automation to process large volume of data.
Knowledge of commissioning, ISO 55001, or hands-on facilities maintenance is highly desirable.
An Associates or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with emphasis on Facilities Management.
Institute of Asset Management (IAM), or International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) Certification(s) - CFM, FMP, SFP.
Experience with InFor EAM.
Must be able to pass requirements for approval for an ATL badge with customs seal. This includes a 10-year background search by fingerprint analysis.

Ability to develop and communicate clear, concise, and consistent provisions for contracts.
Must have a working knowledge of principals, laws, regulations, and accepted practices governing asset management, building system maintenance, cleaning and repair, contract administration, and governmental codes regarding building practices.
Knowledge of concepts and accepted practices related to Enterprise Asset Management Systems, Asset Management.
Skilled at researching the market, looking for potential suppliers and designing quotations for the purchase order.
