The Charging Asset Manager works on the North America Commercial Charging Operations team in headquarters. This project management role will lead preventive and predictive maintenance projects for non-charging equipment or site components to ensure excellent site-level customer experience. The Asset Manager will be responsible analysis of assets, strategic planning and project management of multi-site maintenance campaigns working directly with site hosts, vendors and cross-functional internal teams. The responsibilities of this position may change over time and this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the programs, projects and the organization. What You'll Do Perform analysis of installed and planned assets to identify gaps and opportunities to mitigate reactive maintenanceDevelop near and long-term strategy for maintaining site-level excellenceBuild project budgets, acquire approvals and track project costs against budgetEvaluate & propose new solutions to improve site-level customer experience and reduce costsImplement processes which support the charging team's business goals for the operating network? Help create scalable, robust processes which support the charging team's business goal? Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Deployment, Field Service, Procurement, Purchasing, Tools & Analytics, and collaboration with global stakeholders? Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
