What a typical day as an Assembler might look like: Steel fabrication, welding, internal electrical assembly, component marshalling, core coil assembly, coil winding, painting, cabinet assembly, final assembly and repair positions.
Operation of machinery & equipment used in transformer manufacturing and operating forklifts.
Perform additional tasks as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: High School degree, GED or equivalent.
Ability to work any shift and overtime, as needed.
Ability to work well with other Team Members, perform high-quality work in a safe manner to achieve Section goals.
Can follow detailed work instructions.
Prior manufacturing or welding experience is preferred.
Successful completion of the post-offer pre-employment process.
Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
