Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (5:00am - 3:00pm)
Starting Pay - $20-$22/hr Depends on Experience

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience - At least 1 years of experience
Job Description: This individual is expected to be able to execute all requirements of the assembly department, working on a variety of products like:
• Take-Ups
• Pulleys
• Tapered Rollers
• Straight Rollers
• Bearings
• Specialty Products
Responsibilities
• Report scrap to supervisor
• Track progress in ERP software
• Read engineering documents such as prints, routings, and process instructions to correctly assemble and test products
• Proper handling of measurement tools and documenting values
• Read and execute production schedule
Qualifications
• Ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to use inspection tools
• Ability to use hand, power, and hydraulic machinery
