The Assembler will perform various processes to achieve quality and yield goalsThey will be responsible for metallization and coating of glass substratesThe role requires inspection tasks and record keeping using the Quality Tracking System

Responsibilities
• Metallization and/or coating of glass substrates using deposition equipment• Surface preparation of substrates using cleaning agents, solvents, and acids• Inspection of pre and post metalized or coated glass substrates• Use of microscope for inspection tasks• Recognition and categorization of failure modes• Record entry using the Quality Tracking System• Use of chemicals and inspection equipment• Performing duties as required
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years of related manufacturing work experience• Good hand/eye coordination• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions• Attention to detail and quality• Problem-solving skills• Clean room experience required• Good communication skills• Teamwork oriented• Ability to work with little or no supervision• Ability to make quality decisions quickly• Must be able to attain a security clearance
