ASC Supervisor Location Knoxville, TN : ASC Supervisor - Dowell Springs
Key Responsibilities Include :
Manages, directs, and evaluates nursing and other clinical staff practices to support and develop personnel in the provision of patient care activities Functions as a skilled registered nurse, providing staffing education/ support/ leadership assistance for all center staff Facilitates and implements strategic initiatives for the organization in providing quality patient care in a cost-effective manner at the center level Demonstrates technical competency in all equipment care and monitors competency of all staff members in the handling and care of equipment in their respective areas Functions as a Recovery Room Nurse and/or Pre-Op Nurse as needed Collaborates with physicians and other disciplines to assure optimal patient care Maintains flexibility and performs other duties as directed by ASC Director Redquirements: Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee Minimum 2 years in a leadership role or supervisory experience preferred Computer literacy with basic computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance Disability and life insurance Health Savings Account 401k (matching) Paid time off Paid holidays Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
