DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Sales ManagerLocated in Colorado Springs and Denver, COResponsible for developing partnerships and implementing business plan strategies

Responsibilities
• Develop partnerships between enterprise and Platform sales management• Perform quarterly business reviews with ASC customers• Create account level strategies and business plans• Lead negotiation process with ASC customers• Drive collaboration across Field Sales Teams• Deliver impactful ASC pricing and contracting solutions• Facilitate targeted sales conversions with key account decision makers• Identify potential sales opportunities within the account• Develop training and capabilities for sales growth• Build administrative and C-Suite relationships within ASC setting
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced business degree preferred• Minimum of 8 years related business experience• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly regulated clinical environment• MedTech experience required, orthopedic strongly preferred• Strong business acumen, contract negotiation, communication, and analytical skills• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast paced, customer focused environment• 50%-60% travel required
